Hippie lifestyle

First of all, what's a hippie ? Some of you will tell me about drug, sex, peace and love but it's a bit harder. First, hippie is a counterculture who appears at the dawn of the 60's, just after the second world war, hippies demonstrate against war, they want a world with peace and love. 60's is also the era of baby boomers. Baby boomers leads the society to consume more and more, consumer society increase Hippies reject the "American way of life", they are against the society, the typical lifestyle. First in USA and UK the hippie current has been spreaded to the rest of the world. They are inspired of the eastern philosophy who extols a life focus on freedom. They will install their lifestyle focus on values like ecology, equality, sexual liberty... hippie will also integrate psychedelia lifestyle based on drugs, LSD which were still autorized in the 60's. There is a few symbols which symbolize hippie culture like the Woodstock festival in 1969.
